NextGen Impact Initiative is a youth-led nonprofit unlocking the leadership potential of young people 13–18 around the world.
Our Story
NextGen Impact Initiative started with a simple belief: young people shouldn't have to wait for permission to lead. Founded by students in Toronto, what began as a small mentorship circle has grown into a global movement of youth changemakers, mentors, partners, and supporters, all investing in the next generation of leaders.
We're guided by integrity, leadership, inclusion, and innovation, values that show up not in what we say, but in what we build. Today, we equip thousands of young people with the skills, support, and network to launch projects that transform their communities.

We empower young people to become confident, compassionate leaders by giving them the chance to create and lead projects with real impact. As a youth-led initiative built by young people, for young people, we believe every young person has the power to inspire change.
